Canadian Pie Inc., hires independent contracting agents throughout Canada to service our clients and facilitate customer care service in a variety of industries.Though the main responsibility for each inbound customer service agent is to provide a line voice to handle customer calls, our agents can manage other inbound responsibilities including order taking and order processing, tracking customer orders, verifying account information and other customer service duties.
Our clients operate globally and hence we are always looking for English speaking, Bilingual and Multi Lingual Customer Service Agents to service our clients. Calls are monitored for training and compliance purposes.
